For a full, no-questions-asked refund within 90 days of date of purchase, please follow the return & refund steps below. If you are not satisfied, you may return the unused portion within 30 days for a full refund. There are no refunds offered after 30 days. If you wish to return your item please send back to the address below. Include a note explaining the reason for
the return. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. We always want to know what issues you were having, how you were taking it or any other issue that occurred to negatively effect our relationship with you as well as learning how we can improve. If you have an account, please follow the below steps to begin processing your return:
- Go to your My Account page
- Select the “Orders” tab on the left side of the page
- You’ll now be presented a list of all your orders. Simply select the “30 Day Warranty” button for order you wish to to return. You’ll then be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Select the “30 Day Warranty” button bellow the product check-boxes.
- You’ll then be presented our return center address where you’ll need to ship all product you wish to return. We’ll need to receive product before we can process the return.
If you didn’t create an account during checkout or if you simply don’t remember, no problem – just drop us a line via our contact us page with the email you used to place your order and the order number. Once we have this info we’ll send you all necessary info to begin processing your return.
Please note, all warranty requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
